For the Honey-Mustard Glaze:
For the Lamb:
💡 Brush a little extra glaze on halfway through roasting for a deeper caramelized finish.
💡 Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking — lamb is best when still slightly pink inside.
💡 Pair with roasted vegetables or a light Greek salad for a complete meal.
Serve the lamb thinly sliced, drizzled with pan juices, alongside creamy mashed potatoes or roasted carrots. Perfect with a glass of red wine. 🍷

Q: Can I prepare the glaze in advance?
A: Absolutely! You can make the honey-mustard glaze up to 2 days ahead and store it in the fridge.
Q: How do I know when the lamb is perfectly cooked?
A: Use a thermometer — 140°F (60°C) for medium-rare, 150°F (65°C) for medium.
Q: Can I use lamb shoulder instead of leg?
A: Yes! Just extend the roasting time slightly — shoulder cuts need a bit longer to become tender.
