- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. 
- 2Place milk into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
- 3Dip each pork chop into the milk, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the breaded chops onto the prepared baking sheet. 
- 4Bake for 9 to 11 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through.
