    Mix flour, cornflour, eggs, water, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder into a thick batter.

Fry Chicken

    Heat oil to 175C and fry chicken in batches for about 5 minutes.

    Raise oil to 190C and fry chicken a second time for 2 to 3 minutes until deep golden.

Honey Butter Glaze

    Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add soy sauce and honey, then simmer 2 minutes until glossy.

    Toss fried chicken in glaze and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
