  • 500g pasta of your choice
  • 30g (2 tablespoons) butter
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 75g (½ cup) finely chopped white onions
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) minced garlic
  • 500g (½ kilo) chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 200g button mushroom, chopped
  • 500ml (2 cups) cream (all-purpose, heavy, or thickened)
  • 125ml (½ cup) good white wine
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice

  • 15g (¼ cup) chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Grated parmesan cheese (or any cheese of your choice), for topping
