Prepare Mushrooms

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Chop the parsley and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until water evaporates.

Add a knob of butter, garlic, and parsley, and cook until lightly caramelized. Set aside.
Assemble Tart

Preheat oven to 185°C (365°F).

Grease a tart tin with 15g butter. Melt remaining butter.

Brush both sides of each filo sheet with melted butter and layer them in the tin, changing direction each time to form a circular shape.
