  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 30 g (¼ cup) chopped pistachios
  • Pinch salt
  • 170 g (6 oz) 2% Greek yogurt

Make the Oatmeal

  1. In a medium pot, combine milk, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, pistachios, and salt.
  2. Warm over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to a boil and continue stirring until the oats are cooked — about 2 minutes.

Finish and Serve

  1. Remove from heat and swirl in the Greek yogurt.
  2. Divide into bowls and serve warm.
