Marinating the Chicken

In a large Ziploc bag, add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, and hot sauce.

Add chicken strips to the Ziploc bag. Seal tightly and shake to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes (or refrigerate for several hours), shaking occasionally.
Cooking

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken strips and marinade to the pan; sauté for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add onion and green pepper to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and continue sautéing until chicken is fully cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serving

Warm tortillas in a nonstick pan or in the microwave.

Top tortillas with the fajita mixture and squeeze lemon juice before serving.
