You only need two base ingredients: sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate. Fold in walnuts and cherries for festive flair, chill, slice, and done!
Can I use milk or white chocolate?
Yes—just reduce mix-ins slightly. Milk and white chocolate are softer when set, so chill completely before slicing.
How long does it keep?
Up to 7 days refrigerated in an airtight container. Or freeze for 2–3 months and thaw in the fridge.
Why did my chocolate seize?
Chocolate hates water and high heat. Keep it dry, stir gently, and melt it slowly over low heat.

Line the pan fully so you can lift the slab out cleanly.
For cleaner slices, warm the knife in hot water and wipe between cuts.
