In a small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, chiles, and adobo sauce. Mix well to combine.

Season meat with salt and pepper. Place steaks into a large Ziploc bag with adobo marinade. Seal tightly and shake to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, shaking occasionally.

Prepare a grill to high heat. Lightly coat the grill grates with cooking spray. Once the grill is hot, cook steaks until desired doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
